VENISON PROCESSING  RATES 2019         

GENERAL INFORMATION:

  1. All game should be skinned.
  2. Heads , feet and intestines removed
  3. All relevant Transport permits and hunting Permits should accompany carcasses.
  4. ALL MEAT TO BE COLLECTED WITHIN 48 HOURS  AFTER YOU HAVE BEEN CONTACTED . MEAT NOT COLLECTED WILL BE FROZEN AND CHARGED AT  R150.00 PER DAY.
  5. PLEASE BOOK IN ADVANCE .SPACE IS LIMITED.
  6. We cannot accept any responsibility when own spices or recipes are used as well as processing of Waterbuck,Giraffe or Zebra.
  7. Prices may vary without notice during the season due to price changes from suppliers.
  8. Processing may take anything from 7 – 14 working days depending on time of season.
  9. We cannot keep or freeze bones, bones not collected will be given to various lion sanctuaries.

SATURDAY: 07 : 00 - 13: 00
SUNDAY: 09 : 00 - 17: 00 ( MAY TO AUGUST)
